Returns and Exchanges
Can I get a refund for my purchase?
NIDRA does not accept refunds for change of mind, however we want you to have the perfect night’s sleep and so are happy to organise a credit note for you to use towards an exchange.
How do I return and exchange?
If you wish to return your item/s for a exchange or credit note, please contact our customer services team at hello@wearenidra.com so we can issue you with a returns notice to include in your package.
The item/s is to be returned in its original condition within 7 days of receiving your item/s tags attached, with no visible signs of damage or wear; pulls, snags, stretching, stains or odour. If your item is not returned in the above condition and does not pass our quality check you will be responsible or the cost of shipping the item/s back. We will contact you when we receive the package if this is the case.
NIDRA reserves the right to refuse the product if the item does not meet our standards.
My item is faulty, what now?
NIDRA checks the quality of all items before shipping. If you have received an item that is not up to our standards, please get in contact with us as soon as possible at hello@wearenidra.com and we will work with you to find an solution.
Lost, damaged or stolen items
NIDRA is not responsible for any lost, damaged or stolen packages once it is shipped from out facility. In addition, packages that say delivered that have not arrived fall in the lost, damaged and stolen category. Please contact the shipping carrier and open an enquiry directly.
